Refund policy

Aafetti garments are handcrafted with meticulous care. We accept limited returns to maintain fairness between our atelier and clients.

A. General Conditions

  • All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original
    packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

B. Ready-to-Wear Garments

  • Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided they meet the above conditions.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

C. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Garments

  • Made-to-order garments are not eligible for refunds.
  • Returns for these items are accepted only for exchange or alteration, not for cash refund.
  • If the issue results from an atelier error (such as workmanship or incorrect execution), alterations or remakes will be carried out at no cost.
  • If the issue results from inaccurate client measurements or incorrect specifications provided by the customer, alterations can still be offered—but at the client’s expense.
  • Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

D. Faulty or Damaged Items

If a garment arrives damaged or defective, email orders@aafetti.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and a detailed description. After inspection, we will offer repair, alteration, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.

E. Return Procedure

  1. Email returns@aafetti.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, garment name, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will issue a Return Authorization and provide instructions.
  4. The garment must be shipped within 5 business days of approval using a tracked courier.
  5. Unless the return is due to an atelier fault, the customer is responsible for return
    shipping costs.

F. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not available for ready-to-wear pieces. Please return the original item and place a new order.
  • Made-to-order garments may only be exchanged through an approved alteration process.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may amend this Policy to reflect legal, operational, or procedural updates. The revised version will always display a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website after updates signifies your acceptance.
