Shipping policy

We take care to ensure every Aafetti garment is delivered safely, securely, and beautifully packaged.

A. Order Processing

• Order processing refers to the preparation time before dispatch.
• Processing times vary by garment type (ready-to-wear, made-to-order, bespoke) and are indicated on each product page.
• Once your order is ready to ship, we will send an email confirming dispatch and provide a tracking number.

B. Shipping Time

• Shipping time begins only after your garment is ready to ship.

Estimated timelines:

• United Kingdom: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• International: 5–10 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance)
• All shipments are handled by premium couriers such as DHL Express or UPS.

C. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT payable by the recipient.
• These are not included in Aafetti’s prices and vary by destination.
• If customs duties are refused, resulting in a return, all associated fees and the original shipping cost will be deducted from any applicable refund.

D. Delivery & Liability

• Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
• Aafetti is not liable for courier delays, customs holds, or external disruptions.
• If your parcel appears lost or damaged, please contact orders@aafetti.com within seven days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
